Update

So, Monday we had another doctor's visit. He did a sonogram and everything looked great. It was cute, we could see her face and even her hair on her head! She was 4lb. 9oz. and her heart rate was 145bpm. By now, she's probably tipping the scales at about 5 lbs., since babies will gain about half a pound a week until delivery time. The countdown is on!

Fun things

Me and Brachele at her beautiful wedding. But I think she is even more pretty than her wedding was. Don't you love her dress? Congratulations Matt and Brachele!

Us hanging out at the wedding reception. So, I discovered, you can't really dance when you're 8 months pregnant. We just watched everyone which really was fun. Plus, Justin doesn't like to dance, so he was happy I wasn't dragging him to the dance floor :)

This is what your friends and everyone does when they know you're pregnant. Unfortunately, Lily is a little shy, so while she kicks vigorously with me, as soon as someone else puts their hands on her, she stops. Shy like her mama?

Here is one way to pass the time. Watch the belly grow, and grow...and grow..wait... I think I can actually see it growing..

Baby Showers

The grandma's!
Nana and Nina

Me and the amazing chicks who threw the shin-dig.
Yes, it looks like dirty diapers, that's the point. It was the candy bar game! Also, what kind of baby food is that? Of course, I got everything wrong :(

Showers and updates

Doctor's visits going well. In 2 weeks we'll get to have another sonogram just to check on everything. The only new symptoms now are swelling, and it's bad. It hurts to close my hands into fists because of it :( I look like the Pillsbury dough boy!

Doctor's Update

Well, the appointments are closer now. 2 week intervals, yay! It's good to know I get to see the doctor again so soon, and get that reassurance that everything is fine. Lily is now around 16-17 inches long, and a little over 3 pounds. Trust me, I can tell she's getting bigger, she takes up a lot more room now.
The only hard part is the doctor said I needed physical therapy because of my fractured tail bone which is now causing A LOT of pain, and sciatica and things. Unfortunately, I won't be able to do the physical therapy for insurance and cost reasons, so please pray it gets better and magically heals! So far only sitting and standing hurt though, hah! The good news is delivery will bring sweet relief!
Only 2 months max to go!
